1. General

These Terms apply to all purchases made from Chabra.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will take effect once published. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Our Products

Chabra specializes exclusively in fresh fruits and vegetables sourced for quality and freshness.

Because our products are natural and seasonal, variations in size, color, shape, and ripeness are normal and do not qualify as defects.

All items are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you to suggest a substitute or adjust your order.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change based on market conditions without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders may be placed in-store or online.

We accept cash, K-Net, credit and debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock limitations, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.

5. Delivery

Delivery is available in selected areas across Kuwait.

Delivery fees and estimated delivery times will be confirmed at checkout.

Customers are responsible for being available to receive their order. Once delivered, responsibility for proper storage transfers to the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce, returns are not accepted.

If you receive items that are damaged or not in acceptable condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details. After review, we may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

7. Limitation of Liability

Chabra is not responsible for spoilage caused by improper storage after delivery.

While we carefully inspect our produce, we cannot guarantee that every item will be free from natural imperfections.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.

Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the Kuwaiti courts.
